EB-5 Success Stories

The EB-5 program is full of success stories. The rate of approved applications has nearly doubled for each of the last three years. Originally a pilot program to last for five years the program has been extended five times and most recently this year (on October 28th 2009) for another three years to 2012. There is a movement in congress to make the program permanent.

Every year 3000 visas are allocated to the EB-5 pilot program that specifically authorizes Regional Centers. The entire EB-5 program has 10,000 visa set aside annually. This last year for the first time the EB-5 visa’s approved will exceed 1000.
